How to Keep Psychologically Healthy?

  As our society is advancing so swiftly, we appear to face more frustrations and challenges than before. To some degree, this world filled with intense competition depresses some people who have poor mental endurance, which manifests that a group of people are plagued with depressive disorders. What's worse, a few individuals choose to end their life by committing suicide. Just because of this situation, a growing number of people are being concerned about the mental health issue.

  Of course, depression is barely one of the factors that lead to mental health issue, but it is the most mortal one. Accordingly, how can we keep ourselves psychologically healthy and robust? It is a must for us to make it clear what we require to do to avoid depression. Firstly, we should know how depression attacks us, and never take it lightly. Secondly, we must learn how to season the new condition around us. Don't be appalled. On occasions, we just need relaxation. Going outside is a good approach. Feeling the sun warming your skin and even your heart will comfort yourself. And one should not think he is in the worst condition in that there are many ones who are worse and more tired.

  All in all, it is more than important for us to be psychologically healthy, and we should not ignore it or think it is far from us.

Most of us think ourselves is healthy in mental, however, we tend to ignore that some psychological problems also need paying enough attention. Otherwise, we may sink into negative emotion easily.

Yeah, in reality, we are easy to immerse ourselves in depressed emotion sometimes, not because of our affairs, but because of reading some truely tragic and pathetic stories just like me. And it is hard for me to regulate my mood. It takes almost three months to make a ture tragedy fade from my memory. However, we cannot forget it totally. Sometimes, the dead man crosses my mind.

Many people think they are falling into depression, but in fact, they just feel anxious sometimes. If they always are in bad feelings, the danger of depression follows. So, psychological health is important in this society which people have to face more stress.

I agree. Not all of people who feel sad sad and bleak get the depression. Maybe they just are vacant about something for a while. We can often read some news that some people with depressive disorder suicided. So it is important to pay attention to our mental health.

For a while, I thought I was depressed. I don't like talking to people, and often I look at the window. In fact, in the lifetime of life, it is inevitable to encounter difficulties and troubles, facing difficulties we should face bravely, every difficulty is our opportunity to grow up.

It puzzled me for a long time how and why the depression  tracked me When I first started high school ,during the time I felt like that I was visiting the hell even now I it still Scare me  a lot, in fact , Mental illness causes more suffering than physical injury.
