As our society is advancing so swiftly, we appear to face more frustrations and challenges than before. To some degree, this world filled with intense competition depresses some people who have poor mental endurance, which manifests that a group of people are plagued with depressive disorders. What's worse, a few individuals choose to end their life by committing suicide. Just because of this situation, a growing number of people are being concerned about the mental health issue.
Of course, depression is barely one of the factors that lead to mental health issue, but it is the most mortal one. Accordingly, how can we keep ourselves psychologically healthy and robust? It is a must for us to make it clear what we require to do to avoid depression. Firstly, we should know how depression attacks us, and never take it lightly. Secondly, we must learn how to season the new condition around us. Don't be appalled. On occasions, we just need relaxation. Going outside is a good approach. Feeling the sun warming your skin and even your heart will comfort yourself. And one should not think he is in the worst condition in that there are many ones who are worse and more tired.
All in all, it is more than important for us to be psychologically healthy, and we should not ignore it or think it is far from us.
