In recent years,sharing economy has been mentioned frequently.A growing number of people agree that it is a game changer.In other words,it's literately reshaping the way of our life every single day.

   Sharing economy is an umbrella term with a range of meanings,often used to describe the economic and social activity involving online transactions.Originally growing out of the open-source community to refer to peer-to-peer based sharing of access to goods and services,term is now sometimes used in a broader sense to describe any sales transactions that are done online market places,even ones that are Business to Consumer,rather than peer-to-peer.

   In my opinion,sharing economy is a two-side market by use of digital platform which has a new competitive force to remove entry barrier and use the idle resource.Consumers have close connection with sellers on the platform where they can get adequate information before buying something they want.

   Uber and Airbnb are two good examples to explain this pattern.Uber pulls so many idle private cars together to make them reused again and also it provides employment to unemployed person.Aribnb reduces the threshold to enter the hotel industry.A large number of people who did not have the ability to open the hotels,as long as there are avaliable rooms,so they can participate in the market competition.All in all,this mode increases outsource utilization,reduces transaction costs and benefits us consumers.

   However,it has problems.First of all,the degree of trust of market players requires improving,which can make the platform more stable and active.What's more,raising consumers welfare is urgent problems to be implemented.The most important thing is that consumers are used to past consumption patterns so they don't have enough confidence in accepting the new form.

   Sharing economy is the trend of market economy development,which will have a strong effect on Chinese economy.As customers,we should keep an active attitude to it and protect our rights firstly and then run into the trend of historical development.
