Recently, Wen Rumin, a professional literary theorist, said that with the development and revolution of the National College Entrance Examination, subjects will become more difficult to girls rather than boys. Feng Gang, a professor of Zhengjiang University, claimed that female postgraduates will pay less attention to their study just for a diploma which will help them find better jobs. This two issues caused wide public concern for it relates to a vital problem that is SEXISM.

Sexism is always a vital but outdated topic in the whole world. Nevertheless, today there are still many people questioning its false and prejudice. In my view, there is no need to talk about this problem because obviously more and more people have realized it. If it exists, I will say again that sexism is a social disease.

Actually, I respect two professors and admire what they have devoted to the development of education. But I have some questions about their opinions on the public affairs. First of all, apparently there is a trend that the National College Entrance Examination will focus on students' logical thinking ability, but it does not mean that girls will have weaker ability to solve the problems than boys. It is equal to everyone. What's more, with the pressure of finding a better job, no one denies the basic fact that more college graduates are dedicated to get a master's degree which will perfect their resumes. I believe that not only female postgraduates but also male will devote their most energy and time to improving their ability to adapt to the society quickly and precisely. It is common among the students.

As far as I'm concerned, it is human's right to obtain what they deserve, not to mention education. At the same time, nobody was born with ability, so there is not necessary to differentiate the sex when referring to education. In contrast, the essence of education is to strengthen their ability which should keep fair to everyone. For another point, social division of labor needs a different talent. Some postgraduates concentrate on academic research and study while others participate in the community to work as soon as possible. Female and male both consider this choice about whether continuing to study or working in a firm, so it does not distinct the sex when referring to the way of life.

All in all, sexism is a social disease which is bound to hinder the development of society, although more people think everything is equal to male and female. In many fields, there is still potential sexism which pretends to be fair but actually shows different attitudes to male and female. That is a real problem to be solved.
