How to keep psychologically healthy?

Nowadays, more and more people have a variety of psychological problems . However, with these psychological problems, a lot of physical diseases have also been caused. As a consequence, people begin to pay more attention to people's mental health. But maybe some people will be confused, how to keep psychologically healthy?
Firstly, we should analyze the real cause of our mental health problems and see if we can make some changes and adjustments.
Secondly, we should try to relax ourselves and do some exercises to release the pressure from work, study or family. For example, listening to music, reading books and playing basketball are great.
Finally, when we encounter unpleasant things, don't be bored in mind. We need to bravely express our worries or puzzles to our psychologist or friends, so that we can release negative emotions.
In a word, mental health is important for everyone, and we should pay attention to it.
