Should We Slow Down the Pace of Life?

With the development of economy, people's pace of life is getting faster and faster. Should we slow down the pace of life? This has been intensely discussed for years. Some people think that people's living standards have been greatly improved, but the fast pace of life does bring physical and mental harm, so people should slow down the pace of life to keep healthy. Nevertheless, others believe that the fast pace of life requires people to enhance efficiency when working and the allows them to enjoy longer leisure time.
In my opinion, individuals should change their lifestyle and slow down the pace of life to enjoy all the things that life gives them. Additionally, many youngsters have become busier and have less time to stay at home to accompany their parents.
In conclusion, different people have different choices about the pace of life.There is nothing good or bad. How about you? Do you think we should slow down the pace of life?
