Don't Stay up Late

Recently, there was a heated discussion that more and more young people like to stay up late. Because there are a lot of nocturnal activities to attract them, such as playing mobile phone, playing computer games and so on. There is no doubt that I also like to stay up late, but now I know that I need to change.Nevertheless, staying up late is harmful to people's health. 

First at all, people who stay up late for a long time can cause dizziness, lack of concentration, or even headaches and memory loss. 

Secondly, people who stay up late for a long time become fatigued, which makes them less immune and more prone to illness.

Thirdly, people who stay up all night also suffer from insomnia, irritability, forgetfulness, and anxiety . 

In a word, staying up late is very harmful to people's health. As British scientist Beveridge once said, the tired people are chasing death. Consequently, we should change our lifestyle and become healthier.

I think this is a interesting topic.Nowadays,young people tend to stay up late which harm to their heath and life.So we should have a healthy life style and go to bed early.

Recently, I also saw a news about a college student who died suddenly because of staying up late to watch TV series. It is high time for us to stopped staying up and kept a healthy lifestyle.

We can often read of the bad effects of staying up late, increasing the risk of illness. However, faced with the temptation of the Internet, many university students stay up late to play virtual games. To prevent getting ill, we should get rid of the bad habit as soon as possible.

Yes, many young people are sleeping late. Some people think it is normal to stay up late because there are so many young people. But actually stay up late is very bad, it is harmful to our body and mind.

There is a "stay up health survey" on the Internet, which shows that more than 50 percent of Internet users say they often go to sleep after midnight, while 18.18 percent are more likely to go to bed at 1 a.m.

I think staying up late is a habit which is not easy to change, but for our health, we must force us to have a try. Once we are used to going to sleep early, we will benefit from it a lot.

It is true that the habit of staying up late is hard to change. But our health is more important, because for everyone, it is only when we are healthy that we can pursue our ideals better.

When we enter the workplace, commencing our career, on occasions, we have to stay up late to finish our arduous task. Therefore, now we need not be confronted with painful job; we should cherish the time and don't sit up.

We spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive app fast, get to angry too quickly, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watcher TV too often, and pray too seldom.
