the 'double first-rate' project unversity

In recent days, the 'double first-rate' project university list has been announced by China's Ministry of Education. The term 'double first-rate' refers to 'world-class university' and 'world-class discipline'. At the same time, there is no 211985 projects university any more, which has caused extensive attention.
What makes me focus on this news is that the college I am studying in ---Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology has been chosen in the list of 'double first-rate' project. It proves that all the efforts in the past several years are worthwhile. Nevertheless, the more reflections I saw, the more problems I found. The problem that is mentioned many times is that whether the reform is benefit from us or not.
In reality, the contributor China's Ministry of Education implements the reform is that improve teaching quality of university. What's more, the part of canceling '211985 projects' is aimed at making the educational system more equitable. But just as one remark goes: in the past, our companies always asked the interviewee:"Did you graduate from 211985 project universities?" But now, they still ask:" did you graduate from those colleges which were 211985 project universities in the past?"

- Although the government has introduced policies to stop the labeling of universities, the stereotypes of the past are still hard to erase from people's minds. As far as I am concerned, coming from which university can be of reference value to some extent, but the personal ability is the most important follow-up development potential.
