Hello! Everyone! I am extremely glad to share my summer vacation with you.

This summer, what impress me most is that I watched an international marathon race in my hometown. My hometown is in Liupanshui City, GuiZhou province. And it is called "the cool city", just as the name implies, it is so cool in summer. The average temperature is 19 degrees Celsius. That is the reason why an army of people from all over the country come here to avoid high temperature.

Back to the topic, the International marathon competition has been held four times before, and this time is the fifth time. And there are 30,000 runners in this competition, including the general public, students, and a few professional players. The majority of the professional players are foreigners, and they felt uncomfortable and very cold. It was interesting that some foreign friends even wore cotton-padded clothes. Although they were not well suited to the weather, they insisted on the competition.

The meaning of the marathon is not to win but to run. What we should care about is the spirit of marathon, to challenge oneself, and never give up. On that day, all of competitors, volunteers and spectators were passionate and excited.This atmosphere has infected me deeply. Accordingly, I decided to be a volunteer to help them finish the race next summer.
