Just a few days ago, I watched a short film, "Everybody Dies, But Not Everybody Lives." This video just spends only five minutes, but it is astounded by its words. In the video, the speaker and his friends interviewed one hundred elderly. They asked elderly what your biggest regret is in your life. The result is most people think that their biggest regret is not trying new things.
Why are we interested in trying new things? Here are my ideas.
Firstly, the instinct of human. Human beings belong to exploratory species.We always feel excited when we find or create new things. At the same time, I do not think that abandon the old for the new is bad. Sometimes, it denotes a kind of pursuit. In fact, human beings stand out in trying new things. Secondly, the development of society. Our society has been developing. Thus, people try to do more new things to enrich and promote themselves. Otherwise, they will be eliminated by society. Thirdly, the requirement of people. The 21st century is an era which is full of abundant products, what we need are spiritual satisfaction.Maybe many people are afraid of death, but they are more afraid of which they realize that they never truly lived. They never try their best to do something.They never follow their hearts.
In a word, why do not we try? Now, we have enough time, energy and ambition. If we make mistakes, maybe we will be forgiven. Now, just do it.

- I cannot agree with you any more. Most of people don't dare to try new things because they are afraid of change. In my opinion, we are in a developing society so we ought to try something new to challenge ourselves.
