Besides, there are various goods on the internet compared to traditional retail. Nevertheless, like everything else, online shopping has both favourable and unfavourable aspects. Although express delivery is convenient, it still has the disadvantage of insecurity, for example, the loss and damage of expresses. What’s more, a great variety of internet frauds increase risk of online shopping, one of which is discrepancy between picture and physical goods. And change and return service are far from perfect. There is no doubt that lack of the face-to-face deal has inevitable drawbacks.
All in all, be careful when shopping online. And on this, there should be a specialized regulatory agency to oversee the every process of online shopping. Additionally, upgrading the legal system for protecting online shopping is the core of the issue.
