I visited Beijing when I was six years old and I entered Roast Duck Restaurant for the first time in my life.

I wrapped roast duck and swallowed it.

A foreigner was sat on our same table. I noticed my manners and bite the meat.

From then on, I enjoyed roast duck whenever I had chance. Not fluently. Roasted duck is expensive. Each time, I just asked for half a duck, as I could not eat up a whole duck for a single meal.

While roasting, the fire is burnt with firewood from fruit trees. The roast duck is hooked in an oven and baked for a long time.

A waitor placed roasted duck on a cart and pulled the cart to my table. A cook sliced the duck with a knife. He is experienced and skillful. And in a minute, thin slices of duck meat stacked on the plate.

The skin of roast duck was brown and crispy. My mouth was watering. There were two kinds of sauces: Sweet sauce and salty sauce.

I dipped a slice in salty sauce, and wrapped several slices and scallion in a pancake.

I munched all the food.

I like drinking duck bone soup. The milky white soup boiled with duck bones.
