By doing things naturally and casually, the stress on me has been lessened a lot. Now I am aware that nothing forced is easily done. When I am writing, I just follow the flow of thought. When I am living my life, I just prefer what I feel like doing to what I am obliged by myself to do. I don’t have to make everything perfect. Perfection is the furthest thing, if I really go after it.

The casual way of doing things and life attitude make me relaxed and energetic. Just take writing for example: I used to take more than three hours to polish very hard a short essay, while ending up with a piece which I feel barely satisfied with. Now by writing casually I take less than one hour to finish an essay with the same length, though sometimes not as exquisite in style and manner, I feel it being rather qualified.

Many people have told me not to push myself too hard. Today I have finally realized this truth. I don’t have to be perfect and I don’t have to win. Sometimes life is as casual as killing time, in which you are not asked to make achievements but just enjoy the course.
