Impressed by the greenery and rippled lake, by the polished beauty of scenery in the park, I feel my heart being healed; as an incurable bipolar I feel recovery is like the warmth drawing near. I no longer hate myself, nor do I begrudge others. The world is a beautiful world and life a pleasant life.

These days I develop an affinity for walking in the park. The first few days I cannot accommodate to the loneliness, by contrast with people in companions, lovers or family members, and nobody alone like me. I feel strange to fit in. But later I get involved in this atmosphere; I feel like admiring the views, just as I am one of them.

A learned man once said that we humans should return to nature; we need the sky and we need the earth. I once taked it as cliche, but now I am convinced. We do not stress the importance of nature because we are too busy and content with the business. But once we get hurt by the boisterous society, we will learn to search for the balm in nature efficacy, and have rest and recuperation.
