The best way to feel the passage of time is to listen to the clock ticking. We know that time will not wait. Even when we are most confused and at a loss, with anxiety and panic it will only make the ticking sound harsher. Time can measure the volume of a task, and how much perseverance a person has paid behind this task. Such is the authentic reason why we should be in awe of the tick of a clock.
We should never put unrealistic expectations on things we value, or attach irrelevant price to them, because the only certainty in life is uncertainty.
An achiever not only has to make great efforts, but also has to endure the opposition that feigns great concern, and loneliness in huge apathy.
There were times when I knew not shame but vanity, not industry and the expiration of talent, but was opportunistic rather than pragmatic. That was how my youth elapsed without a little value which should have been gained in a standard course.
The rain has just stopped outside. The sunlight is still cold. I haven't had lunch yet. I really don't know what to do when I am lonely.
You can't take both the fish and the bear’s paw. People often resort to metrology to measure which of several things is rather important and worth winning. But the more aspects of measurement, the more obscure it is to tell which is respectively like fish and the bear’s paw, the latter being such a delicacy but sometimes less coveted.
The rain is after the sunlight, just as the sunlight is after the rain. Whatever we meet with, we are not sure it is forever.
