Today, I saw a video in which is an old man says that he be regret for he focused on his work too much to have not time to enjoy with family and friends. He told " Play is important and joy is important". I agree with him. Paying attention to play is not mean that we just play and do nothing work. It means that we should to balance work and play. We need to work not only supporting family but also  gaining achievement and value. But from children ,we can't be successful unless we keep working hard. Most people seem to prefer to be doing something rather than nothing , even if that something is negative. It is becacuse so many of us feel like we're aways behind and running to catch up. But as the old man said, when we are pursuit success, we neglect the truly important things. Play is a well-esatablished balm for the mind and body. In a success-oriented society we need opportunities to be satisfied with here and now, and drop the pressure to be productive. Disconnecting and enjoying play for a while can actually help us perform better. There is beauty and aliveness in the word outside of office. Friends, please cherish our life !
