This morning I came to the park near my campus,I gone there for a jog almost every morning as long as I haven't morning-class,just for love of it.
I like having a morning jogging in this place,because there are many trees,grass and some flowers all around the path.Breathing the fresh air and enjoying the sunshine on the grass can lead you to feel as if you have been in a different world!
Sometimes I'm thinging to myself why there are no other person beside me,this park seems to be so empty,doesn't everyone like this place?
Maybe there is something assosiate with the citisens' busy work and study.Many people have been logged down in the mire of office work or school study,besides,this is a suburb and residential buildings are somewhat far from here.
Neverthless,outdoor activity plays a important role in everyone's healthy.We should see it as a sort of relxing methord.Virtually,there are various occasions during which we can have a stretch.For instance,at a toilet break,we may stretch our arms,turn around our necks,even hop in place for a couple of minutes.After doing these simple things you can be a fresh man.
