Before the National holiday , our school held a gala for welcoming freshmen as well as celebrating the National Day.As a students , I had some melancholy thoughts about the event. Seeing the students performing their excellence and bringing to  the audience a feast of eyes,I deeply felt that time elapses,and that I was no longer so young ,energic and enthusiastic as my junior.I was also at the time bearing in my heart a kind of regrett that didn't cherish the wonderful youth and lead a wonderful life living up to my initial expection of the college life.

  Nevertheless, another chance given to me , I would still choose the same path as an assiduous students imbibing as much knowledge as possible.Maybe it was the impending depart that made me so sentimental.
