i will never be good at identifying a person

this is such fun,when i firstly glanced at the pic,i feel abosolutely puzzled. a strong sense of familarity arised from the deep bottom of my souls(pls note that i definitely think a person might have ifferent spirits,so i used the plural form.)
look at the photo,what have come into your mind.is the pic from the heaven? look at the smile,i mean they are natural and not replicable.although,''staring at the photo for ages,i never get the slightest idea about the gender.IS the kid a boy or a girl.
