is it good to change jobs all too often

i have been thinking whether it is nice to change roles every so often, because the people around me regularly have their plans about getting a new job. by their perspective changing jobs may be terrific. you move in a new working environment, it is refreshing, plus perhaps you may encounter some pretty girls their. and from our own experience, it feels great to start working in another totally different company, at least for the first month. that's what they told me. every month there will be new colleagues arrive in, consequently, some old clients will leave for another place. do you feel happy to see the new faces? or you might feel grieved at the leaving of their old buddies. the relationships between colleagues ain't seem so close, that's what i feel. if one can perceive the plans that colleagues around you are making? will you ask them to stay ahead of time?
for the majority of us. it is greatly advised to stay in a company for as long as you can. because as chinese, we prefer a stable job. that's the influence of conservative traditions which are inherited from generation to generation. if you are patient enough to work in a single company for a long long period, you will be more likely granted with a promotion, or a raise in salary. you will be entitled as a RELIABLE MAN. with this award, it is easy to even get married, because many people want man with such a personality. the actual benefit you may gain from holding on seems to be more tempting. haha.

- my friend,you raised a realistci social questions.indeed,nowaday many youngers like to change their work when they feel dissatisfied in their old company. as any company's boss or leader, no one like his clerk is not loyal,because he can't ensure whether you work for him forever or how long you can work for his company,so he can't leave such clerks more important key work oppersion at all. to some extent,you are right.not all of changing is right and wisedom. whether need to change a new company depends on several aspects,such as company's development viewsight, your oppisition in a company,your improving in a company,your enjoying work status...ect. don't because of some small things to leave for. that's not wisedom. i think.as for girlfriend, that's a fate chance for future marriage,hehe...
