说明：以下是我校在创建山东省规范化学校期间的使用的文字，为本人原创，水平有限，敬请各路高手斧正指点。 

1  高中阶段三大任务：修德砺品，强身健体，勤学善思

Three tasks to fulfill during the senior high period：

To be cultivated in inward reflections；

To be strong and healthy in physical body；

To be diligent in studies and analytic in thinking.

2  高中阶段三大追求：追求完美；追求卓越；追求成功。

Three objectives to pursue during the senior high period：

To pursue perfection；

To pursue excellence ；

To pursue success。

3  学会做人，从孝心做起；学会生活，从叠被做起；

    学会交流，从说话做起；学会学习，从习惯做起。

Learn to be a man and start with being obedient to your parents；

Learn to Live a life and start with making the beds；

Learn to communicate and start with being skilled in polite talking。

Learn to study and start with forming good habits.

4   芝兰生于森林，不以无人而不芳；

     君子修其道德，不为穷困而改节。

Fragrant grass which grows in woods still blooms even though there is nobody enjoying it.

A man of honors who cultivates his inward reflections doesn't change his pursuits only because of poverty.

5  古之成大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。

Those who achieved great achievements in ancient times were gifted with not only superhuman talents

 but also great perseverance and ambition.

6  勤奋出方法；勤奋出智慧；勤奋出奇迹；勤奋出人才。

Method，wisdom ，miracle and intellect are all born out of diligence.

7  只有通过学习，你才会更加优秀。

Only by learning can one become more excellent and outstanding.

8  厚德载物

Try to be a noble spirit and be prepared to be charged with heroic undertakings.

9  自强不息

Constantly strive to become stronger.

10  顽强的毅力可以征服世界上任何一座高峰。

There are not any high peaks that fierce determination can not conquer.

11 向前一小步   文明一大步

Little step as walking forward is, a big step towards civilization .

12  学习蕴藏财富，知识改变命运！    

Study contains wealth and knowledge changes destiny!

13  团结 规范 创新 发展

   Unity  Standardization  Creation  Development.

14  自觉排队,文明用餐.

Please wait in line and mind your manners while eating．

15  注意饮食卫生,防止病从口入.

Pay attention to dietetic hygiene and prevent the illness finding its way in by mouth.

16  一粥一饭当思来之不易，半丝半缕恒念物力维艰。

When enjoying our food and clothes, we should know it is only by hard physical labor that all we eat and

wear is obtained.

17     知盘中餐,粒粒皆辛苦

As is known to all, every piece of grain, is all laborious.

18     水是生命之源，请节约用水！

Water is source of life, please save it while using it!

19  注意卫生，文明用厕！

Pay attention to hygiene and mind your manners in the restroom.

20      持室内外清洁卫生！

Please maintain the inside and outside of the room clean.

21  说话轻轻；走路轻轻；举止轻轻。

Keep quiet while speaking，walking and behaving.

22  小草也有生命，请你小心呵护。

Please keep off the grass and tend it because it has life too.
