Look for help about my poor English

I'm glad to write and share my English studying experience here to look for your kindly help !
I'm a crazy man with English study, in the meanwhile, I'm so anxious about my poor spoken English that I can't fall asleep far into night . I think about how to improve my spoken and listening English ever and again, I can't wait to improve my English to a perfect level, but things have not became as I expected it would.
I have been worked at least for 5 years in Shenzhen as a safety/certificate engineer. I got a salary of 4000 RMB per month. As you know, it is not a high level salary in such a developed city. If I can speak a perfect English, I will get a 10000 RMB salary. So. I can't wait to do this. Over 2 months before, i.e. July 22, 2009. I quited the job so that I would pour all my energy into learning English. Right from start, I went to the New Oriental School for a Elite English Class which is the sort of class at most has 6 students. I started with a level of Pre-intermediate 2. Though I registered for 4 levels in total (that would cost me 10000 RMB), when I had finished my first level after the first month, I abandoned the 3 Level left. Because I couldn't follow very well and the costs was too expensive even though the educational effect is good.
Now I'm studing myself without any teacher, I close the door and stay in the room everyday, I 'm reciting the New Concept English 2 & 3.I'm sure it is one of the most effective textbook, but I think the most quick way to learn English is just to speak. Speak and speak. and I don't want to invest too much money in learn English.
Is it a good way to learn by myself staying at home? Is the way of reciting text passage enough ? In my plan, half of a year will be spent to finish my study, but, There're 2 months left. I have spent 3 month already. How can I make it ? Time is running, time is life.
I'm so sad and so sorry for the study effect I have acquired. Can you help me? I'm really appreciate !

- nobody can help you expect youreself .if you have the pacitience and the will , then everything will be OK , insist on what you want to do

- Your decision about quitted you job looks very crazy to me, so to your decision about borrowed money from other instead of to make your dream come ture by using your own money.
When you depend on somebody to do something, the stress from money will makes you living in a very repressive way. My english isn't good enough, but I do know to learn engish is a process of accumulation. So I just keep learning and do more practice when I am free, I don't like to force me into a unbearable life, the prsesure from job are already to makes everyone crazy.
Release youself, and do more practice. After someday, you will feel good at your enlish.
