I don't know what i can do.

In most time ,I often felt regret to what i did b 4, i knew i didn't want to do what but i couldn't control myself to do ,for example ,i decided to not play games of internet,but i wanted to play when seeing roommates playing , i had not mood to do what i was doing.i know it lost self-confidence.
so what should i do?how can i do it in oder to not very liking playing games?who can tell me?
