- I cannot believe my eyes when i saw the sign! Was it taken in the US, seriously? i tend to think they did it on purpose to attract people's attention, possibly or just as you said to protest for their low income.

- Hey Hi Rich, long time no see. How you doin, fine I guess. Oh yes, that sign was really spotted in the US and it is not uncommon. There is also another sign in a parking lot which says "Handicapped Space". I wonder how do you get a space handicapped.
Another one with a straight arrow points to a city called "Hell". I thought they were kidding, but it turns out that there is really a town called hell Hell, in Michigan. Not a convenient address. If you want to meet the residents, just go to ..... haha how nice?

- Maybe, when people see the sign "PLEASE SLOW DRIVELY", they will be curious about that why it spelled like that, or they will guess what something else does it mean. At the same time, the drivers who are curious or guessing on it would drive slowly. Maybe that's the purpose, haha...
