Sigh... The end of 2015 is near. There is only one month or so remaining. Looking back, I wonder why the things I planned could not be realized. 2015 was indeed a year of obstacles and difficulty At the start of the year I had a list of things which I told myself that I must accomplish. Actually, I already know that those tasks could not be completed because it was complicated, dependent on others and full of tricky problems. I am still trying to complete my work plan to avoid it being carried over to next year, but it looks like only part of it can be completed.
I tried to analyse what went wrong and why those tasks could not be completed. Was there something wrong with my approach or was it that I not worked hard enough on it? I found that my earnestness and persistence was not the problem. The problem was that those work itself is difficult and no matter how hard I worked on it, the result would be the same. When those in front of me can't move, I can't move forward too.
Distractions: Sometimes people wonder if the reason why they could not reach their goal was because of distractions. Those distractions could be time consuming activities, like constant entertaining, online games, chatting on the cellphone etc etc. My opinion is that those are not really the cause of failure and sometimes does relax our tired brains and refresh our spirits as long as we have proper time management.
Therefore, those of you who have not reached their targets or not have their dreams realized, don't be too disappointed. Review your plans and see what went wrong. It is quite likely that you just did not have the chance to achieve what you wanted. It is likely that no matter how hard you try it would not be much difference. I found that if we have the patience, the problems sometimes resolve itself.
Don't give up easily. We can always try again. The second time is always better than the first. So long as you have not surrendered, you are still fighting for your rightful chance for success. Good luck my friends.

- I met the similar problems these days. No matter how hard I work, it's very difficult for me to accomplish the goals which I set for my stock and forex trading. The market is too erratic to get deterministic returns in the second half of this year. Maybe I need to revise my methods or reduce my targets.

- yes, sometimes thing is not completely controlled by yourself. there is a lot of sources to affect the result. Like you said. never giving up, you will have a chance to fullfill your plan and aim. Otherwise , you have done almost what you can done, if there is still some distance between the reality and your expectation. let time to solve it. Sometimes it just need more time(patience).

For certain work, it is hard to have a standardization evaluating your process. The seeds might be growing under the earth quietly, you cannot see the sprouts on the earth doesn't mean that things are not getting better. The moment when you find the results will date back to the days when you are doing the little efforts that seem invisible

- I am glad to read what you write, you inspired me somehow. I always conclude from my past, once a time, i was being questioned, i made mistakes, being critisized, i wanted to escape from that days. After i left that unhappy experience, finally, I found i became more intelligent which i would never be without that ordinary days. it turns out that I was growing in that days which i did not realize it. I learnt unconsciously, i am now grateful for that stressful, doubtful days, for the people who critized me.

- Glad to note that you have overcome past hardship and struggles. Having gone through such hardship, you have gained confidence and have the assurance that you can overcome anything. Without those hardship, you would not know what life really is. That is why the children of rich people cannot withstand crises because they never had to experience difficulties. Now that you have seen troubled times, good days are forthcoming. Wish you the best.
