Friends visit - British Food

Two of my favorite former colleagues came to visit me and stayed at my home for past few days. It was a happy visit and we talked a lot about our former and present days. It is always nice to have friends visit. I invited them to eat outside, but they prefer that I make them some original British food and they also made for me some Cantonese food. They like the typical British Fish and Chips, British lunch and dinner. I also enjoyed their fried noodles and the potted rice with Chinese sausage which is most suitable for cold weather. I thought they don't like British food but they seem really enjoyed the food deeply. They invited me to their house a few weeks later and they would make some of my favorite dishes for me.

- Can't help swallowing my saliva. Very good that your former colleagues came to see you, sometimes a reunion helps to enhance relationship and also brings happiness. Wish you can have a good visit to your friends soon.

- Sooooo mouth watering. Looks so tasty I wish I can join in. I can make good food too. I will try to make same food next weekend. To have friends who can cook is wonderful. Eating delicious food and talking together is best enjoyment. I like it very much.

Right, we really enjoyed the food although it took some effort to prepare and cook, but when friends contribute and do it together, it is enjoyable and fun. Everyone felt very happy and looked forward to next visit. Love this kind of wholesome friendship.

i just want to say you are really good at living and working, all what you did is so nice, i really admire you.
And there are more and more good men do well in the cooking for their families, so i think it can be used to describe a man of than kind.
