It is time to quit my job?

Since the begining of this year, I am going to consider if I ought to change my job, my answer is no, for three reasons, first , it is I am planing to have a BB this year, but my dream never comes true untill now. Second, I wish I can passed the PET4 at the September, so, it will be more easier to me to apply for a better job. But I failed as I am too lazy on my study. Third, I don't have enough working experience on the job I am looking for, I need more time for experience
accumulation. Now, 2009 will be gone after two months, I am still working in a factory I don't like to stay. And I don't think I had already got enough relevant job experience too.
I feel I am a loser this year, three dreams were broken by myself. So, when there only have two months to me to make my decision, my answer definitely is to quite my job at the begining of next year, and go to look for a job I like. Of course, during these two months, I have to working hard on my English study, as it is the only bargaining chip for me to look for a job suitable for me.

- Why not consider to have a baby at first if you don't like the job at present?
I got married after graduation, then gave a birth to a girl and looked after her at home.
Now I do the work I like.
