How to find the best way ?
Now my mood is very bad ,my boss ask me to do some difficult work,but I do it very bad.Some idear that about my work are heavy in my head.When I get in office,There is some troubles waiting for me.

- I can understand your feeling. It seems your situation is much worse than me. You will face big trouble, but I am not. If it's a technical difficulty, you can ask others to help you. For me, the things related to people, espacially asking others to help me, are difficult obstacles to overcome.

- We all have to face these kind of situations one time or another. May be your boss is trying to test your reaction and ability in times of crises. Nobody can expect you to do well with work for which you don't have experience. Just be calm and do the best you can. In the end, if you fail, just say that you do not have the experience and tried your best. Nobody will can blame you for failure under such circumstances. Cheers.
