To stop my resignation, a kind of caring me?

I posted a topic"What do you think of resignation " in my last thread. I have made final decision after carefully thinking about my future career. As a Chinese old saying, " no feast can last forever ", my position is not here...
Having known my choice, some of my good friends support and encourage me to go on, but one person I respect much, who told me not to leave. You know what I want is not only to be steady?!
Thanks for your opinion, but I think it is not a care to stop those in my future.
