tonight ，in order to meeting our students' need on hunting job,our school arranges a teacher professional  on hunting job to give us some valuable advices .

to  make a summary ，i learn several precious experience from this lecture .

first ，i make it clear that the graduates' resumes is not same as the personal resume.generally speaking，the latter is one part of the former contained by the former.  it also includes some other parts like the graduate recommendation form，university transcript ，envelope and proof of all kinds of awards.it's not one piece of paper ,let alone the empty paper.

secondly,hunting job is a very complecated process which requests job hunters to be very careful and keep making focus on the informations about work.if you want to be successful to find your favourite destination ，a mountain of work wait for you to accomplish.no one can work at his dreaming place easily.

thirdly,the true braver is a person who is good at holding on and faces the frustration directly and optimistically.there are many car companies coming to our university to hold a bussness object .but we can't do nothing before we take part in it.we shall make some preparations ，for example reading some datas about the company in advance ，thinking about some questions about it and consider how to answer the questions maybe asked.

at last,be confident，but not too confident！all we have to do is to calm down and make a full preparation .Strategically we should contempt opponent，as tactically we must  attach importance to opponent .
