Life is but short.There is not enough time which can be wasted on some trivial things.what we must do is to live each day cheerfully and meaningfully.Maybe we can not avoid being haunted by some things that we do not know how to deal with at intervals.But as long as we can look on the positive side of the life,we can conquer everything whatever we are confronted with.Sometimes I have to believe that nothing or nobody can do great harm to us except ourselves.The one who can affect or control us in all aspects can be nobody but ourselves.Therefore,it is absolutely advisable to treat ourselves well and kindly.Neither maltreat ourselves in body nor torture ourselves in mind.It is neither necessary to look back to the past glory and sorrow nor to look forward to the unforeseen future but essential to seize the time.After reading "three days to see",I am deeply moved.What impresses me most is the spirit and thought it conveys to us,so vividly and so completely.Sometimes I can not help thinking if someday I am in the same situation as Helen,Will I face up to the poor fate positively and bravely like her?
