what can i do
These days i learned from my predecessor. Actually, practice is more useful than only listerning and writing. To my depression , she always likes to do relative things herself. I learned business she tells in speech. It seems i have no chance to have a practice. She looks like quite serious during working time. So sometimes i'm afraid of her, To be truth, i don't know how to work there. Maybe in the beginning of next month, she tells me she may wanna have a vacation, I would take over her jobs for the time being. But according to this circumstance, i am not sure i could get an excellent performance. Since i don't carry out this knowledge till now. What can i do? Should i be active to grasp the opportunity? How can i do? .......

Who is she, your boss or ....? Just do it you must do and bury yourself into your job instead of doing for other's face, that's enough.
