How to choose

Everyone has many opportunities in his life. Everyone needs to choose for his own good when facing these kind of opportunities. I think the key word here is how to choose.
I was, am and will be facing some opportunities. But I think I am not good at choosing or selecting.
After losing many opportunites, I begin to ask myself why. For getting an answer, I read some books in which I hoped to find something. But I didn't think it worked.
I feel frustrated. Can anyone do me a favor?

- Sometimes it is difficult to make choice because maybe it means that we have to give up something. Well, the choice depends on ourselves. In my opinion, the most important is once we make the decision, we must try our best to do that or accept it and never to regret for our choices.
