Commit Suicide inside Police Station

One suspect committed suicide by hanging himself inside a police station in the city of Kunming on Dec. 11, according to officials from Kunming Public Security Bureau.
The suspect was taken into custody by the local police because he had stolen PSP handheld device and tried to sell them online. He was handcuffed and put into an interrogation room inside a police station called Xiao Nanmen. There was a video camera inside the room.
The video showed that the suspect opened the handcuff by using paper money or banknotes he took with him. And then he tied shoe lace to the door, hung himself and finished his life.
Kunming police admitted that there was misconduct for the local police. As we all know, police must make body search of suspects before taking them into custody. The local police didn't find paper money and shoe lace when searching the suspect, which provided tools for him to commit suicide.

- I also read these kind of news. It's terrible. I think the victim must be tortured by them. According to what the local police said I suppose the local police hide something which are crucial.

- eh~ I mean not all the police like that kind . Some times they pledge they will serve the citizen but in order to retain their position they have to make a concession for their superior. So when the superior make wrong decisions most of them will abandon the principle
