Mona Lisa is one of the greatest works in art history. It is so great that many aritists, historians as well as medical experts have been researching it to reveal the mysteries that it contains.
Aritists deduced that Mona Lisa was the self-portrait of Leonardo da Vinci who created the masterpiece. Historians thought the model was an unfaithful wife. Doctors said Mona Lisa was pregnant at that time, so she smiled sweetly.
Recently, an Italian professor of anatomy came to the conclusion that Mona Lisa got high cholesterol. It sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? The medical expert explained that he found the clear signs of the condition around Mona Lisa's left eye. There shows the accumulation of cholesterol under the skin. He also spotted that a fatty tissue tumor appears on Mona Lisa's right hand.
