There are something in the world that you can not dominate, such as luck, opportunity, public opinion, and praise or blame. Just ignore them--let nature take its cause.
 
There are also something in the world that you can dominate, such as interest, ambition,  ways of life and conduct. Try your best to do them well. As for the result, let the nature take its course.
