It is getting cold in Northern China, but in South, it is warm. The dry, cold wind from the North China blows through Shenzhen-Hongkong border, to Monkok, to Kowloon, meets the warm wind  of "Vitoria Harbor" and keeps going towards Hongkong island, finally the wind is stopped by the Taiping Mountain. It is wandering among the skyscrapers in Central Hongkong. 

 

I am waiting the ferry at Central Pier to Cheung Chau island. The public TV on the waiting deck  is brocasting the news of "the price of Honkgong properties is reaching new high" . The local people want to see the housing price is going up, which means they are getting richer.

 

Cheung Chau is a samll island of Hongkong, it is 45 min trip by ferry from Central HK to the island. Chenug Chau is a beautiful island with lots of local travellers and many foreigners. The island is silent, peaceful and without any pollution, because no car is allowed on the island.   You can rent a bike at 10 hk dollars per hour to travel the island. The delicacy  of the island is seafood, deep sea fishes, shellfish and many other sea creatures. It is quite enjoyable if you have big seafood meal by the sea in the sunshine.

 

I like Cheung Chau island ,I like Hongkong.
