Good morning,everyone.I'm honored to present our summarizing statement.
We can not deny the fact that China is facing the problem of an aging population.However ,nearly all the countries in the world are facing the identical problem,including countries with free bearing policies.Thus it's wrong to blame one-child policy.The point is how we can adapt our country to the coming aging society.We should take measures to perfect the welfare and medical treatment of the old .During this key time ,if we give up the one-child policy which has been
We can not deny the fact that China is facing the problem of an aging population.However ,nearly all the countries in the world are facing the identical problem,including countries with free bearing policies.Thus it's wrong to blame one-child policy.The point is how we can adapt our country to the coming aging society.We should take measures to perfect the welfare and medical treatment of the old .During this key time ,if we give up the one-child policy which has been
carried for nearly 30 years,the efforts we done before would be spoiled.
As we all know,there does not exist absolute rughts and duties in the world.Making a survey on the one-child policy seriously ,it gives strictions as well as protections to citizens in terms of bearing children. All in all we are not sacrificing lifes ,we are devoting all our efforts to human lifes.
Undeniable are these unavoidable negative impacts, more undeniable are the huge benifits brought by one-child policy.Carried out from the late 70s,the policy has eased some of the pressures of rapid population increase on comunities ,resucing the population by at least 250 million.
One child policy can lift people's living standards.With less children to support ,the family can spare more money for the education and their mental entertainment,thus improving the quality of Chinese people.On the other hand ,this policy is good for the sustainable development.For example China is rather abundant in total waterresources volume ranking 6th in the world ,but poor in per-capital resources volume ranking 88th.
At last ,I'd like to say that we can not abandon one-child policy at this time.
