these days i was upset by my computer.it did not work well.it respond slowly,i supposed that it might be toxic.i killed the virus for many times, however,there was no use.what's more,the cpu was alwys high.i was worried about the high,green pillar.

with nothing to do, i took it to the after sale service company.to my sadness,the engineer did not know what was the matter.i agreed to reship my procedure unwillingly. watching he operated on the computer,my heart was bleeding.

many of the informations were missing.the desktop picture,which i love best was missing either.the films,songs,studring material and softares all missing.the worst of it was that the office 2007 can not be installed, i had tochoose2003,however,there was something wrong with it ,it always giving me some wars"无法初始化visual basic环境"i don't know what it means.please give me a hand,i need your help.thanks.
