Now,I am a little confused with my work,about my position.

  Last year,when I joined in the Japanese company,I was assigned to the administration department.But now the work I am doing includes administration,finiance and technique.I was assigned to the technique department directly by the general manager because he thought that I had already mastered Japanese and could carry out work efficiently.Now,I have two direct  superiors.Although both of them treat me very well ,I am really very tired with handling the work .

    When can the condition be changed?
