I had a conflict with my boss this afternoon.He was angry with me,and I were also angry with him.I think we should comply with the terms of the contract ,but he wanted to change them and the worst is that he thinks I am wrong.Sorry,I can't agree with him.But he is my boss,I have no choice only to submit to him.
What can you do when you conflict with your boss? Have a good way to solve it?
