About one month ago, my supervisor was charged with organizing the tenth national conference on urban road and traffic engineering, accordingly, as his students, all his apprentices including me became the organizers. As my supervisor always required, the conference must be a success like all the other things he asked us to do. We all worked very hard those days during the conference, made enough preparations and considered everything in each detail. All of our struggles and hard works repaid: the conference turned to be successful and all the attendants were very content, which made my supervisor feel very proud.
