my first OB in 2010

What is OB? i just noticed the words yesterday. OB is shorted for Outward Bound, a kind of expendition training. now it is commonly used in team building through all industries.
Yesterday, My company organised all of the staff in SZ to take the OB activity. at first, i just felt so boring to go out and take part in this kind of activity, because i have joined many times before. staying at home and having a good rest are a better choice for me. the manager had predicted that many guys would take all kinds of excuses to escape the OB on the next morning, so she commanded that no one would be allowed to be absent. so what? we have to go with reluctant manner.
even though we were forced to go, we also enjoyed the process, when we stayed far away from the bitch and no bitch pushed you to do any things. one of my colleague said she was full of herself and so arrogant, i totally agreed with that!
OK, apart from the unpleasant person, the activity was a real success overall.
