According to the former agrement,I am agreed to build sample on each Thursday.The sample usually come from customer service who contact with customer directly.CS will comfirm with me when i can make all samples over and will provide a schedule of delivery to customer.So i must prepare all special materials before Thursday and arrange it on that day together.

It a special condition,today is Friday,but i am making samples.Due the customer GM come to audit my company's new line,so it not agree to build sample yesterday.For the case,John have communicate it with me.John who is a foreigner come from Italy.Now,after the communication,i see the condition that a chinese have poor english talk with a foreigner,should listen and guess hardly.

John is mainly handle the output of the production,so he care the product rate seriously.I have eleven kind of product to build this time.Because the frequently line changed,sample building use much time that affect the output.John have find it.when he come,we have build seven kind of products already and leave four need to build.It used two hours.Two hours,it a long time for John.He only care the output but not the many kinds need frequently line changed.Two hours he can make the amount two times or three times of the samples.John became very angry.

Neil,is the quality manager.they two are talk about the sample building on line.Then Neil communicate with me and tell me something but i can follow up all his words and don't know how to reply.He is gentleman,he take a pen and drawing on the board make me can understand his meaning more clearly.Indeed it very usefull,i can understand him clearly and i answered him we sample team donn't waster any time for preparing the materials.I don't if he understand my meaning or not,but the fact is he nodded and gone away.John care the time and still stand next.Suddenly he find a halt due have no material and shout out.Hank,why the materials is not prepared.It a bore.I go check and find the miss material is the common material,it not from my side.so i tell him it and the common materials should prepared by production line."what do you need to do as a sample engineer?""Special materials will from my side" I answered agitato a little.

I don't know i can say like this.but i am happy because the availability of communication and it a start of my spoken english.
