Today i want to share some useful things for everyone,maybe it can be used in our daily life.
i think everybody know the steak.
记得有个笑话说有个教授去国外开会，去吃牛排，服务员问他：how would u like your steak,sir?那位教授就说:large,那个服务员就笑他。
牛排料理的程度可以分为三种即：rare,medium,well-done
rare-一般叫三分熟
well-done全熟
介于rare和medium中间的medium rare 四分熟
介于medium和well-done中间的medium well七分熟
上牛排之前会有salad 沙拉，通常服务员问客人：what kind of dressing would u like？dressing 不是指衣服或绷带，是问你想要什么样的沙拉酱。一般沙拉酱有french 法式沙拉酱,thousand salad 千岛沙拉酱,caesar凯撒沙拉酱。
