crazy for help!!!

Now my situation is terrible:
First, i dismissed my former job in the condition that no telling to my parent. they think i'm working now and have salary enough to support myself.so they do not give me money,well if i have a job,i completely do not need their support;
Second, the text time is coming,i need to review lessons which did not pass last year,originally it should have been passed,but i lost. it's my fault absolutely for i did not forcus on reviewing lessons

;Third,i want to looking for another job to earn money to be self-support, reluctantly but emergently
How can i handle myself now
