increase salary

this noon my college told me the new comer came here with the basic salary double than mine. OMG!!! terrible uncomfortable. though i just stepped into this office less than half a month, hearing that i was upset, no so passion for this company ,this position for me. how can i have a talk with my boss to increase my salary? one month later or what time??? help!!!

- Una1997: I think you are in the step of internship now, you can ask for higher salary when you are a formal staff. Certainly the foundation is you decide to woyeah. i'm in the probation period. though i'v been told that little things i could learn here,i would stay here contemporary for my sake in basic living condition. anyway, i can learn some here forget what others told me...

- At the first,In my opinion,you should think seriously of yourself, you must be sure whether you have done your work well, if not ,please be calm, do your work best,prove that you can do every thing well.
Second,to be sure whether there is the chance for you to be promoted,or the chance of increasing salary.If not,prepare to change your job.
