i went to for job interview last week. because my ability of english is too bad, i was rejected.

- You are not going to be Shakespere or a poet. You are going there to work. Only reasonable English is required and you don't need to be the top in English. Some bosses don't know what they really want.

- Maybe not that bad as others and you see it, just keeping on going, learn better than yesterday you did. I recalled of my stories when looked for a job some time ago, i was rejected also, that's too normal, nothing serious. But we should know that everyone can do something, but never give up easily, just keep trying! Good luck!
