My Plan always were upset on weekends

This is my schedule as below：
9:00 write an english blog
9:30 make work schudle
10:00~17:00 working... or learning...
17:00 write work summary report
19:00 go to fitness club
22:00 listen BEC
23:00 Sleep
I can stick to this timetable from monday to friday,but saturday and sunday.
I will stay up late for see a film, or play a game and so on on weekend,
then I will forget to write english blogs and listen English the next day.

- Come on, you don't have to be so tough and restrictive on yourself. The brain is not designed for non stop use. Nothing wrong with waking up a bit late on weekends because your brain would not feel tension and you can remember things better. Take it easy, learning does not have to be torturous. Have a good time learning.
