I have a friend, his english is very good.
then I ask he how can improving listening and speaking english.
He tell me,  you should like a parrot.  It's just like children learning to speak. They mimic their mothers voices，though children can not sure  what their monthers meant.
I tried this way last night, it's very effective way about improving listening and speaking English.
