How practicting fitness at home?

I always went to fitness club for practicting fitness before.
But I have no time to go to fitness club recently.
I want to stick to my fitness plan at home.
Who can tell me what can i do about fitness at home.
I haven't any fitness equipment at home.
sit ups training? do pull-ups or push-ups? other way?

sorry, I don't understand, you have time to practice at home, why have no time to go out?
you can easily practice fitness at home, such as sit ups training or buy some instruments, but it seems insufficient, and maybe you will disturb your family .you have good health concept and have payed attention to fitness, so I advice you could continue to practice like before, remember that Now you have no time to practice fitness, you will have time to see doctors in future.

You can just be seated in your bed, and stretch your legs. It is said that if you stretch your body  everyday, especially your legs, you will find one day, with huge surprise, that you are taller than before!
